The service to be provided encompass the following: technical support of personal computers (PC's) and other computer equipment to include end user support, installation of software updates, PC laptop support, home user access support, equipment repair coordination, and UNIX R6000 system administration-backup support. Support will be required for a base period of 4-5 months with two additiional 12-month options. This is a firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made on the basis of best value.
