The provisions and clauses in the RFP are those in effect through FAC 97-3. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. The SIC Code and Size Standard is 9999. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-A7. The release date of RFP4-97014 is March 19, 1998 with an proposal due date of April 22, 1998, 9:00 AM PST. All qualified responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See Internet Note "B".
