JCAHO Accreditation is required. Services will be provided at the Victoria Outpatient Clinic Victoria, TX. An on-site Phlebotomist or Lab tech with associated equipment & supplies will be available five (5) days per week, four hours per day (0800AM -- 12:00 NOON) and as required for emergencies. Requests for "stat" results within four (4) hours of request. Contractor to provide and maintain a electronic receiver printer for test results. One Fixed Price Contract will be awarded, base year plus two (2) option years. Contract will be awarded by May 15.
