Furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, and materials, (other than Government-furnished items) to perform all work required to renovate/remodel cafeteria area in accordance with all specifications and drawings. The Work includes renovations to the kitchen and serving facilities at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy including removal of existing fixtures and equipment, and interior demolition. New Work includes carpentry, metal doors, frames, windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, lighting, painting, wall- papering, miscellaneous specialties, kitchen equipment, servery fixtures and equipment, mechanical, electrical, re-working fire protection systems, and incidental related work as described herein and on Drawings No. 1 through 4 dated 08/08/97, revised on 02/26/98. The Work as specified herein shall include the furnishings of all necessary labor, materials, appliances, supplies and equipment required to furnish completely all of the food service equipment as shown or indicated on the food service equipment Drawings or as specified herein. The Work shall further include the performance of all necessary operations required to deliver, uncrate, assemble, set-in-place, level and, where necessary, to fasten in a secure manner to the surrounding construction all of the above mentioned materials, appliances, supplies and equipment.
