Raymond Brown RAMP Project in Letcher Co., KY consists of the installation of subsurface drainage around a residence and along an ajoining abandoned mining bench in order to intercept underground water flows. Major items of work include: seeding & mulching, 2.1 AC; rock excavation, 254 CY; earthfill 1 Job; subsurface drainfill, 119 CY; diversions, 460 LF; PVC pipe installation -- various sizes, 1670 LF; drain tubing, 550 LF; riprap, 243 CY, geotextiles, 800 SY; clearing & grubbing, subsidiary; pollution control, subsidiary; metal fabrication, subsidiary. All work will be performed according to the attached plans and specifications. Estimated Price Range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance time is 77 calendar days with an anticipated commencement date in mid-May. Alternative payment protection will be required if the final amount is less than $100,000.00, and payment and performance bonds will be required if the final contract price is $100,000.00 or greater.
