The Precision Strike System Program Office (WMG), Contracting Directorate (WMGK), Aeronautical System Center (ASC), Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Eglin AFB, FL is interested in receiving proposals for the Hard Target Smart Fuze (HTSF) Engineering & Manufacturing Development program and initial production options. The HTSF acquisition was previously synopsized concerning the release of the Draft Request For Proposal (DRFP) on 13 February 1998. This synopsis is to inform all potential offerors that the final RFP will be released on or about 3 April 1998. Respondents must state if they are a small business concern IAW FAR 52.219-1 (SIC Code/Size Standard is 3483/1500 employees.) Responding firms must have a secret level security clearance and be export controlled certified, IAW DoD 5230.25.
