This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DTCG38-98-Q-100028 is issued as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3728. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. These items are utilized on the brake system in the HU-25 aircraft. Item number 1, BACK PLATE SUB ASSEMBLY, 1680-01-125-4133, P/N 5000210, quantity required: 50 each, Cage Code 25500, Items are to be delivered no later than 6 months from receipt of Purchase Order to USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center, Receiving Section, Bldg. 63, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination with final inspection and acceptance at destination. All labeling will be imprinted with the appropriate National Stock Number, Part Number, Nomenclature, Quantity, Purchase Order Number, and Serial Number. Labeling data shall be attached to the outside of the shipping container. Inspection and acceptance to ensure that items are in accordance with manufacturer's specifications will be performed at destination.
