The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific NW Regional Office, Boise, Idaho has a requirement for a barge-supported pumping station for dead pool pumping at the Ochoco Reservoir, near Prineville Oregon. Ochoco Reservoir is located in Crook County Oregon, approximately 5 miles east of Prineville Oregon on U.S. Highway 26. The contractor shall furnish, assemble, and test a complete barge supported pumping station. The barge assembly shall include a barge or barges, two 100 HP pumps, pump motors, butterfly valves, pumping manifold, manifold attachment plate, combination motor starters (for the pump motors), shore power receptacle, manually operated crane, mooring winches, mooring lines, chain, anchors, and all other mounting components required for a complete assembly. Sufficient area is available on the Ochoco Dam crest for the required assembly and flotation structure storage. An access ramp from the dam crest to the reservoir exists at the site. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including identification as to whether small, large, minority-owned, and/or women-owned. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
