This is ammendment to DAAH01-98-R-0064 read as following: This cover a requirements contract consisting of Vehicular Door -- LH, Rear and Vehicular Door -- RH, Rear, NSNs 2510-01-370-264 and 2510-01-350-2516 and Army P/N 13265069 and 13265070 for a maximum quantity of 400. Orders will be issued a requirements materialize during Fiscal year 98 through 02. This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 2, and a maximum quantity of 400. Destinations to be furnished. Delivery schedule 87.5 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
