This solicitation is for the procurement of six 7.5-Ton Indoor Underrunning Electric Double Girder Cranes with transfer sections, interlock, six runways with electrification, three Type "M" Straddle Carriers (TMSCs), three "C-Grabs" and one set of test weights for Missile Magazines at Naval Weapons station, Yorktown, VA. The cranes, runways, TMSCs, C-Grabs and test weights are to be designed, fabricated, delivered, installed, and tested by the contractor in accordance with the requirements of the specification. Each crane shall be electrically powered, utilize an infrared remote control and have four-speed variable frequency drives for control of hoist, trolley and bridge motors. OPTION 1: Two 5-Ton OET Cranes for one Type "M" Torpedo Magazine, Naval Ordnance Center, Pacific Division, Port Hadlock Detachment, Port Hadlock, Indian Island, WA. This solicitation will be distributed on 3.5 disks with MICROSOFT WORD Files. All firms responding will be required to print and return Section K and various attachments along with their proposals. Cost and technical proposals will be required. The following evaluation factors will be considered for subject Request For Proposal: 1)Price/Cost, 2)Technical Approach, 3)Management Plan, and 4)Corporate Experience.
