Ship the freezer and cooler knock-down for entrance through normal sized doors. The freezer and cooler shall be NSF(National Sanitation Foundation) approved. Provide electrically heated pressure relief vent for both freezer and cooler. The refrigeration system for both should be pre-assembled refrigeration ssytem; HCFC-404A refrigerant; remote air-cooled indoor condenser, 208 Volt, 3 phase, 60 Hertz, automatic defrost. Ceiling mount unit cooler, 208 Volt, 60 Hertz, single phase, with drain pan and drain connection. Provide complete installation parts kit. Provide stainless steel adjustable shelving, located around interior wall perimeter, freestanding, 18" deep and four tiers high, with sway bracing. In addition to door panel light, the freezer and cooler shall have two ceiling-mounted vapor proof incandescent light fixtures, 120 Volt, 60 Hertz, single phase, connected to the door switch. Provide temperature and emergency alarms for both freezer and cooler and also temperature alarm shall sound if temperature in freezer and cooler rise above a preset set point.
