The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to provide propane in strict accordance with the specification to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. The contract will be for one base year and 4 option years. The estimated annual quantity for this requirement is 150,000 gallons. Delivery shall be within 14 days after receipt of the delivery order. The contractor is responsible for establishing a delivery system that will ensure that all tanks covered by this solicitation are never at less than 20% tank capacity. The contractor shall furnish propane tanks and all associated equipment for the containment of the required propane, with the exception of the tank located at Bldg. 350 (West). The contractor shall furnish the following tank sizes: 29 each 100 gallon and 3 each 1,000 gallon. Only written requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Numbered Note 1. (0079)
