The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for research and development expertise in the design, development, performance and analysis of Upper Atmospheric Physics, X-Ray Astronomy, FAR-UV Data Analysis/Design, Gamma-Ray Analysis/Design, Solar Physics, and Solar Terrestrial Relationships. The period of performance will consists of a base year (12 months) and four (4) option years (each 12 months). Secret facility and personnel clearance are required. The work will be performed on-site and off-site. Key tasks shall be performed at NRL. The Government anticipates awarding a cost plus fix fee contract. Numbered notice 26 applies.
