The Mission Contracting Activity (MCA), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas intends to negotiate a sole source contract with General Dynamics Information Systems (GDIS), under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for a proof-of-concept operational multimedia information archive within the context of existing Center for Army Lessons Learned Data Base (CALLDB), the Video Server Test Bed (VSTB), and the Multinational Intelligence Coordination Cell (MICC) Aerial Video Reconnaissance Operations Desk (AVROD) Multimedia Analysis & Archive System (MAAS)> GDIS developed the MAAS systems functions and source codes for the AVROD MICC. The period of performance is approximately 1 April -- 31 December 1998. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No solicitation is available.
