The contractor's approach should maximize the use of existing government softward/hardware, minimize new development activity, and deliver the Graphic Underlay support system in the most expeditious manner possible. The contractor shall identify all equipment and software being used to generate graphic underlays. The Graphic Underlay mission planning tool will execute on the Mission Support Subsystem (MSS). The contractor shall install, check-out, and provide familiarization on the Graphic Underlay support system at RAFB.
