Work includes, but is not limited to, preventive maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance inspections and service calls for the following: Overhead Roll-up Doors, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning, Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Pumps and Diesel Engines, Demineralized Water Plant, Exhaust Hoods, Overhead Cranes, (incudes Column Jib and Hoist), and Elevator Maintenance. Award will be made to the offeror who provides the best value to the Government through Source Selection procedures. Proposals to be submitted by potential offerors will consist of 1) Price Proposal and 2) Technical Proposal. Evaluation factors within the technical proposal are anticipated to be Quality Control, Experience and Past Performance, Staffing, Method of Operation, and Subcontracting capabilities.
