Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to negotiate exclusively with the University of New Mexico Health Science Center (UNMHSC), Albuquerque, New Mexico in the delivery of Ambulatory Clinic Services to the beneficiaries of the Pueblo of Sandia and all Native Americans who seek medical services at the Pueblo of Sandia Health Clinic, located on the Sandia Indian Reservation, Sandoval County, New Mexico. Services shall be provided under the jurisdictional requirements of the Albuquerque Service Unit, commencing on about April 9, 1998 for a base year and four (4) option years.
