Provide Home Medical Oxygen Services to VA beneficiaries in the jurisdiction of the VA Medical Center, Big Spring, Texas and the El Paso Out Patient Clinic, El Paso, Texas. Counties to be serviced for Big Spring, Texas are: Mitchell, Terry, Callahan, Taylor, Ector, Nolan, Midland, Howard, Lubbock, Eastland, Scurry, Kerr, Ward, Coke, Tom Green, Andrews, Pecos, Reeves, Crockett, Upton, Dawson, Gainers, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Stonewall and Cochran. Texas counties to be serviced for the El Paso Out Patient Clinic are Brewster, Culberson, Jeff Davis, El Paso, Hudspeth and Presidio. Also, included for El Paso OPC are counties of Donna Ana, Otero, Luna, Lea, Grant, Eddy, Sierra and Higalgo in New Mexico. Contractor shall deliver medical oxygen set-up, including patient instructions, complete with disposable supplies and accessories necessary to make a fully functional Respiratory Support System to beneficiary homes, Nursing Homes and/or hospitals. Contractor must have current certificate of accreditation by JCAHO. Contract is from date of award through Septemer 30, 1998 with 2-1 year renewal options.
