The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for General Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and Dental Assistant services for the Naval Dental Center Northwest. Clinic locations are in Bremerton, Bangor, Whidbey Island, and Everett, WA. A personal services, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract is contemplated. Services of a minimum quantity of 8 Dental Assistants are initially required for the period 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99 with four option periods for a total of five years. The maximum quantity is 36 Dental Assistants, 12 General Dentists and 12 Dental Hygienists. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
