S -- OPERATION OF A FOODSERVICE FACILITY SOL MDXDC-98-002 POC Denise Reavis, 202-273-1468 The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts seeks a contractor to operate a cafeteria at the U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, MD on a profit and loss basis. Contractor will provide breakfast and lunch service Monday through Friday except federal holidays in a building with appoximately 190 employees, plus on a daily basis approximately 250 additional individuals attending court proceedings or conducting other business. Primary responsibility is operation of a foodservice providing breakfast and lunch. Service shall be on smallwares for eat in and disposables for carry out. The dining facility on the first floor, street level which seats 56, is 2,000 square feet and includes the food preparation and storage area which is 875 square feet.
