U -- ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AIR FORCE CLUBS CORE CATERING PROGRAM DUE 041098 POC Joe Sauceda Jr., Contract Specialist, (210) 657-5804; FAX (210) 652-6309 The Air Force Services Agency, Club Division requires a hospitality contractor to assist in the development and implementation of the Air Force Clubs Core Catering Signature Brand. Core Catering will include marketing and promotion plans, standard catering brochure, standardized smallwares, Core Catering operations manual to include policies and procedures, catering menus, employee training (management and staff), and standard guidelines for the set-up and operation of a catering office. Contractors will travel on government orders to Air Force installations in the continental United States, Europe, and the Pacific for implementation. We anticipate a requirement of over 120 Core Catering implementations over the next three years. Contractors must have demonstrated and well-documented performance in a catering/hospitality environment. This Request For Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to make any follow-on acquisitions. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses to this RFI and Government use of such information.
