The transformers shall have a rating at 60 Hz for a high-voltage of 69 kV at a BIL of 350 kV, a low-voltage of 12470/7200 volts at a BIL of 110 kV, capacities of 5.0/5.6 mVA-55 degrees C rise, 6.25/7.0 mVA-65 degrees C rise, and ANSI Standard impedance. Services will be required to test and certify the transformer upon completion of government installation. Training of government employees is required.
