Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for
lodging and meeting space in the (downtown) Denver, Colorado area. 72
single sleeping rooms, at the government rate, are needed from check-in
on July 19, 1998 until check-out on July 24, 1998. 3 Meeting rooms
(with set up) are needed from July 21-23, 1998, to accomodate
approximately 100 people, and audio-visual equipment with a minimum of
2,211 square feet of space. The facilities must be able to provide:
King or queen size beds, daily and housekeeping services. Must be
within 300 yards of eating and parking facilities. Must meet fire and
safety codes. Ground transportation to and from airport. Award will be
based on technical proposals. This award will be made utilizing
simplified acquisitions procedures. Vendor must be set up to receive
electronic payment of funds; and must complete an ACH Vendor enrollment
