of this procurement is to receive a professional mineral evaluation
(feasibility) report, produced using Bureau of Land Management (BLM)
standard manual and handbook procedures, that determines whether a
discovery of a valuable mineral deposit exists on the mining claims
encompassed by a patent application. The BLM will allow the Contractor
to review the mineral patent application file and all information in
its possession concerning the lands applied for. Work is located Oregon
and Washington. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will
