Lucent Technologies currently provides the maintenance service and support to the Department of Defense (DOD) video teleconferencing (VTC) systems subscribing to the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Transition Contract (DTC). Lucent provides this service utilizing a proprietary Room Controller device. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, facilities and services required to provide video maintenance and technical services to all DTC maintenance subscribers. The contract is for one base year with two six-month options to extend. SIC CODE for this acquisition is 4813. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
