Dreger, Contracting Officer, (850)234-4863 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to award a competitive contract for the Design of a Rail Trolley and Positioner to be used at the Acoustic Test Facility (ATF) Gantry Facility. Based on the physical characteristics of the construction materials proposed for use at the facility, the design requirements must be developed in cooperation with the University of Kentucky and the Great Lakes Composites Consortium. The effort shall include a Preliminary Design, a Final Design, and a Detailed Engineering Drawing Package such that a qualified manufacturer can produce the trolley and positioner therefrom.
