The Kansas Army National Guard Leadership Development Center at Ft Leavenworth, Kansas requires bus transportation for period 17 July 8 August 1998 to transport approximately 1500 troops per day from the training site at Ft Leavenworth, Kansas to hotel rooms at Kansas City, MO (approximately 20 miles each trip). The bus company must have a minimum of fifteen (15) 45-passenger busses available at one time. The bus service will be required 24 hours per day . A 24 hour off shift point of contact to help with any unforeseen problems is required. During shift changes, the bus service must provide a bus master to be at the training center for command and control of the bus fleet. Busses will run regular bus routes in accordance with a published schedule. The contract will cover the period above with two one year options to extend the terms of the contract for a period of three years.
