This procurement is made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and open to small and large business concerns. The subject procurement will be solicited in Two Parts. Part one will require offerors to submit data regarding technical qualifications. All offerors meeting the technical qualifications in Part One will be allowed to go forward into Part Two and submit lump sum price proposals. A non-refundable charge of $75.00 will be required in order for offerors to obtain Part Two. Only a certified check or money order will be accepted. Technical documents will be available on or about 4/27/98. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held. The date, time and location will be published at a later date.
