General Description: This is a fixed price construction contract for replacement of the upper level roof of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Building 77H. The work includes the removal and disposal of an existing asphalt shingle roof system down to the existing roof deck and the provision of a new asphalt shingle roof system, new nailable roof insulation, new cementious wood-fiber roof deck, metal pipe railing and pitch pocket and incidental related work. Estimated cost range is $100,000 -- $250,000. The Sic Code is 1761 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7 million are applicable to this contract.
