The location of the project was incorrect, It should read Johnstown, PA in lieu of Jamestown, PA. Offerors will be evaluated based on the following factors: Offeror's Past Performance including completed projects, safety and health record; Management and Organization, Technical Experience/Expertise, Commitment to Small Business; and Price. (RFP) Request for Proposal will be issued with Schematic Design Documents. Offerors shall base their price proposal on these initial documents. Sometime after receipt of proposals but before discussions commence, 100% Design bid documents will be issued by Amendment. The Offeror may modify his price proposal at this time or at the time of final proposal revisioin. included with this RFP package will be an Option for a Parking Lot.
