The work includes removal of existing walk-in refrigeration/freezer unit and all associated components. Supply and install new walk-in refrigeration/freezer unit with remote condensing units to be installed outside. Supply and install concrete equipment pad to support condensing units. Remove 24' of wooden fence and install 24' of 6' stockade wooden fence around new condensing units and incidental related work. Completion time is 45 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
