The Army requires a contract to Perform Miscellaneous Construction work, Building 1501, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, electrical upgrade, which includes install breaker, EMT, lighting fixtures, emergency exit lighting fixtures. HVAC work includes 4-ton wall mount air conditioning unit, two 200,000 BTU Natural Gas hanging heaters. Structural includes: Block roll-up door openings; Replace doors and painting. Plumbing includes: Install 1" Black-iron Tee in existing Natural Gas Line, and install 1 1/4" gas line. Performance shall commence within ten days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed with 45 calendar days. This project is set aside for emerging small businesses under SIC 1542. The magnitude of the project is less than $25,000. All requests for solicitation packages shall be made in writing to the above address.
