This announcement constitutes the only request for sources. Respondents are urged to include budgetary estimates for the items listed. This is an unrestricted requirement for the procurement of the following: Clin 1: Up to 5 each two-system portable Hydraulic Test Stands possessing the following salient charactersitics: two independent hydraulic systems (primary and secondary), cabineted and portable using either heavy duty casters or wheels, with locks. Input voltage: 220v, 60Hz, 3-phase with minimum 75 foot power cord. Unit shall have on-off push button start/stop control, and external hangers for hydraulic hoses. Gages and controls shall be industry standard. Primary system pump shall be pressure-compensated piston-type or pressure-compensated vane-type with flow rate of 1.6 GPM at 870 psi. Primary system shall contain relief valve for 950 psi at 120 degree fluid temperature. Secondary system pump shall be pressure-compensated piston-type with flow rate of 6.8 GPM at 3000 psi. Secondary system shall contain pressure relief valve for 3000 psi at 120 degree fluid temperature. Primary and secondary systems shall contain 3-micron absolute, non-bypass filter with condition indicator. Primary and secondary systems ?shall have thermostat-controlled or continuous operating fan oil coolers to keep fluid temperature within 120 to 175 degrees F. Clin 2: Hydraulic hoses shall be supplied as follows: Primary supply -- Stratoflex 212-4 (20') Parker 590 (20') or equivalent; primary return -- Stratoflex 212-10 (20') Parker 881 (20') or equivalent. Secondary supply -- Stratoflex 212-8 (20') Parker 590 (20') or equivalent; secondary return -- Stratoflex 212-16 (20') Parker 881 (20') or equivalent. Clin 3: Hydraulic hose quick-disconnects shall be as follows: Primary supply -- Aeroquip 155-S5-5D or equivalent; primary return -- Aeroquip 155-S5-8D or equivalent. Secondary supply -- Aeroquip155-S5-8D or equivalent; secondary return -- Aeroquip 155-S5-12D or equivalent.
