F. Kennedy Center intends to solicit for software support for their
SPAN-FM Facilities Management System for their 1.5 million square foot
facility. The center requires a trained specialist in SPAN-FM 6.3
software modules according to goals and requirements of the BOCC, the
GSA and the Center. The company providing the software support must be
able to support the proprietary SPAN -FM software direct to clients
worldwide. The software product will be based on using the Powerbuilder
Development Tool which is a true 32 bit application. The company will
have a minimum of 10 years experience with a variety of clients and
applications. The support will be required on site and is estimated to
take 6 months to complete the implementation. This contract action is
for service which the Government intends to acquire on a sole source
contract with Innovative Tech. 444 Jacksonville Rd. Suite 500,
Warminster PA,18974 under the authority of FAR 6.302, as it is believed
that Innovative Tech, is the only source that meets the Governments
proprietary SPAN-FM software support requirement. Interested persons
must identify their interest with technical information which details
capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not
a request for competetive proposals. However, all proposals received
within 30 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be
