HUD intends to award one contract to provide management and related services for single faimiy properties which are owned by or in the custody of HUD in the geographic area known as the Elkhart/St. Joseph area in the State of Indiana. This area consist of the following counties: Elkhart, LaGrange, LaPorte, Marshall, Pulaski, St. Joseph and Starke. The Elkhart/St. Joseph area currently has an estimated 25 HUD-owned properties and six custodial properties. The contractor is required to perform professional management services which requires day to day services in the form of property inspections, lawn maintenance, winterization, procurement of debris removal, etc. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 6531. The term of this contract is for one base year with two one year options. See Numbered Note 1.
