S -- SANITARY LANDFILL AND TRANSFER STATION SERVICES FOR SOLID NONHAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL SOL DABT19-98-B-0006 DUE 060898 POC Contract Specialist Linda Fredendall (913) 684-1625 (Site Code DABT19) Service consists of furnishing access to and use of a state permitted sanitary landfill or waste transfer station for the purpose of disposing of non-hazardous solid waste, to include yard waste, from Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The waste will be delivered in Government owned vehicles operated by Government personnel. The main entrance to the landfill or transfer station must be located not more than an 80 mile round trip from the Main Gate of Fort Leavenworth located at the intersection of Grant and Metropolitan Avenues. The landfill or transfer station will be capable of receiving five (5) truckloads (approximate weight of 4.5 tons per load) of waste daily. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract, with a base, plus four (4) option years. Task Orders will be issued quarterly. This acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7 million.
