Principal features of work include in-place base preparation, portland cement stabilization, granular courses, hot bituminous pavement, pavement markings, upgrade of drainage features, turfing, and environmental protection. All units of measure are metric. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
