Goodchild, 253-984-3878 Requirements contract for a one year base period plus four, one year, pre-priced option periods. Base period to run from 01 Jul 98 through 30 Jun 99. Work consists of: l) Repair existing asphalt pavements which may include excavate/dispose, planing, pulverizing, base course, patching, tack coat, joint and crack sealing, asphalt overlay, protective membrane, storm sewers, raising utility covers and pavement markings; 2) construct new asphalt pavements, either small parking lots and/or short roads, which may include excavate/dispose, base course, protective membrane, storm sewers, asphalt overlay, raising utility covers and pavement markings; 3) sidewalks, curbs and gutters. This work will take place in various locations at McChord AFB and in Military Family Housing. The magnitude of construction is between $l,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the base year and each of the four option periods. The solicitation will be issued under full and open competition procedures on or about 23 Apr 98 with proposals due notlater than 4:00 p.m. PDT on or about 27 May 98.
