Work consists of demolition of the facilities listed above, to include removal of asbestos, as required, properly dispose of debris, and grade and seed distributed areas for positive drainage to match surroundings. Building 3008, 3009, and 3010 total about 28,280 SF. Pool is 5166 SF of concrete plus concrete apron around Pool building. Building 3008 is wood frame and Building 3009 is brick and block, and building 3010 is two (2) story block. This will be a firm fixed price contract with a performance period of 180 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The SIC Code for this project is 1795. The proposed procurement is unrestricted.
