machine room, new mechanical exhaust system, new electrical lighting
system, and new metal stair; the replacement of existing passenger
elevator cab and hydraulic elevator piston with new; and the demolition
of masonry for the provision of new exterior metal door and mechanical
equipment; and incidental related work. The Building will be occupied
and in operation during the construction period. Work may not commence
prior to the contractor having all materials necessary on site. The
estimated date for the availability of plans and specifications is
April 1998. The time for completion is 220 calendar days. The estimated
