SULLIVAN (404) 464-4106 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision for the whole house revitalization of historical buildings used as family quarters at Fort McPherson, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, the restoration of all doors, interior walls, ceilings and trim, electrical wiring upgrade, plumbing fixtures upgrade, fireplace restoration, and total window restoration. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the abatement and disposal of all lead based paint and asbestos containing material encountered during the restoration process. The proposed procurement is 100% full and open competition. All offers will be evaluated using the evaluation criteria of Past Performance (80%) and Price (20%). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
