Tullos, tel: 228-377-3808 Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform maintenance of approximately 1953 family housing units located at Keesler AFB, MS. Contractor shall provide maintenance consisting of but not limited to the following: 1) exterior and interior painting, 2) floor refinishing, 3) replacement of tile and sheet flooring, 4) cleaning, 5) installation of range hoods and counter tops, 6) minor termite damage repair, 7) minor roof repair, 8) supply and repair of household appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.), 9) playground equipment and 10) utilities (HVAC, electric, gas, water and sewer lines). The period of performance is 01 Nov 98 through 30 Sep 99 with three one-year options to extend for a total performance period of 47 months. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed-priced requirements type contract. This requirement is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns in Region 4 area which consists of the following states: Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida.
