The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)N00019-98-G-0091 with Raytheon E-Systems, Waco. The order will provide spare components necessary to support the Airborne Command Post (ABNCP) modification of the E-6 aircraft. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon, the only source with the prerequisite knowledge and experience in the design and development of the ABNCP modification. See Note 22.
