This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is DAAE07-98-Q-Q019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46, dated 17 Mar 97. The associated standard industrial classification code is 7372, with a size standard of $18.0 million. The requirement is for 1 year of maintenance for the following Micro-Strategy software: DSS Agent, DSS Architest, DSS Executive, DSS Server, & DSS Web. No options will be included. Maintenance is to include upgrades, telephone support, and field engineering. Services are for TACOM/AMSTA-IM-OEPI, Warren, MI, and the performance period will begin 10/01/98.
