71 -- FURNISH AND INSTALL WORKSTATIONS DUE 041498 POC Mary Lou Crook, (334) 953-2560 E-MAIL: lcrook@max1.au.af.mil, lcrook@max1.au.af.mil. 71 FURNISH AND INSTALL WORKSTATIONS Sources sought to furnish and install furniture that complies with Class A Flame Spread rating as specified in NFPA 75 Chapter 4.1.2. Each rack assembly will have two retractable keyboard trays with a mouse tray. Each rack shelf shall have a minimum of 3 power strips with 6-15 amp receptacles. Installation shall consist of 6' racks plus 3 corner racks installed in Building 856, Gunter Annex, Maxwell AFB, AL. This is a sources sought synopsis request to identify potential offerors. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided. Responses to this request must include business size, technical literature, cut sheets, pamphlets, or any documentation that will demonstrate the potential offeror's ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Responses must be received in writing to this office by no later than 14 April 1998. A solicitation is not available at this time. Request for future solicitation documents will not be considered responsive to this request. The Government is only seeking sources to furnish and install furniture in compliance with the Flame Spread rating as specified. Responses must prove that capability. Responses must also state that the contractor is not on the GSA Parties Excluded from Procurement Programs. Contractors with GSA schedule contracts shall provide the contract number, pricing, and expiration date. A site visit and oral presentation may be required.
