This extension is to provide for the uninterrupted services for the Coordinating Center for the United States Renal Data System (USRDS). This requirement is necessary to allow for the completion of the follow-on procurements for the United States Renal Data System Coordinating Center and for the United States Renal Data System Special Studies Centers.
