We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Midnight Sun Golf Tournament at Elmendorf Air Force Base to be held 20 June 1998. The event will be open to all base personnel and the civilian community. We average approximately 32,000 rounds of golf for our season. We average 150 tournaments at our course. We are seeking sponsorship/donations in the following forms. Door prizes: airline tickets, trips, outings, fishing excursions.Services from different types of businesses: gift certificates ($5 to $500), golf bags, golf equipment, as well as cash donations. We are also seeking hole-in-one sponsors, tee prize gifts: golf balls, divot repair tools, tees, towels, etc. We are seeking beverage donations for approximately 150 participants (40% military 60% civilian). We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Request for copies of this solicitation must be received no later than 05 June 1998.
