The NAVFAC Contracts Office, Port Hueneme, CA intends to issue an unrestricted competitive solicitation for the purposes of negotiating and awarding a fixed price IDIQ contract for a base year and four one year options to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, facilities, services, supervision, and facilities necessary to perform repair of construction support equipment including automotive, construction & specialized construction equipment. There will be a firm fixed price option to design, develop, implement, train users, maintain an electronic ordering system for purposes of receiving orders electronically. The system is expected to be internet web page based. These services shall be performed throughout California. The principal area of performance is expected to be in the Oxnard Plains area. Repairs include but are not limited to, engine dynamometer, transmission power trains, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, track assemblies, steering, suspension, electrical, oil testing, etc. All repairs will be performed in accordance with the manufacturers specifications to return equipment to full operational condition ready for use upon return to the Government.
