Cylinders must conform to JIC standards and NFPA dimensioning code, fatigue rated, 3000 psi operating pressure, 5000 psi proof pressure. Tie rods are to be made from 100,000 psi minimum yield with rolled threads. Cylinders and accessories rated for maximum tensile load with a 4:1 design safety factor. The cylinders are to be manufactured by Ortman and is distributed by Ortman and its distributors.
