A -- HIGH POWER RF SIMULATORS SOL N00421 POC John R. Tomechko, Contract Specialist, (301) 342-1825, ext. 142 Sources are sought to participate in the second meeting and future meetings to develop, manufacture, integrate, install, maintain, repair, upgrade and use high power RF equipment, subsystems, field probes, and components. The NAWCAD will be coordinating the second meeting of the High Power RF Simulators Users Group on 5 and 6 May 1998 at CPI, 607 Hansen Way, Building 1, Palo Alto, CA 94303. The group is open to everyone, both nationally and internationally. The purpose of the group is to exchange information on the technology of developing, integrating and operating equipment that transmits RF energy (200 watts and higher) to simulate high power communication, navigation, and identification emitters. Participants are encouraged to provide prepared briefings on their area of interest. NAWCAD will be presenting information on their efforts to develop five new simulators covering the range from 4 MHz to 40 GHz during the next five years under the OSD's Central Test & Evaluation Investment Program funding in excess of $8 Million. The information provided by the participants of the users group will provide the basis for NAWCAD's acquisition of the systems.
